This is Peanut's crib set. Daddy picked it out. My requirement was pink and butterflies and that is what he chose. I think he did a good job! :)
I have been looking for fabric that goes with it. I wanted baby green with pink butterflies, but I have pretty much given up on that. I have found a few that seem to go with the set tho... What do you think???
I took out 1 & 2 cause I like 3 &4 the best.
Number 3
Number 4
I apologize for all the links, but there it is. I'm tired and I don't feel like uploading pics and such....
Keep in mind the room is PINK!

So blessed
I had my 3rd baby shower today. Yes, my 3rd. Honestly, this being my third baby, I was not expecting one at all, but my wonderful friends all insisted. My first shower was given by my neighbor. I told her that one was already planned at church, but she insisted, so we made that my family shower. Almost everyone who was invited came. I even had a friend from St. Louis come, and family from Joplin and the Springfield MO area come for nothing more, but to come to my shower. That really made my day. She planned that shower for 3 months!, and it showed. She had special cookies made and lots of food and desserts. I could also tell she loved buying for a girl!
My second shower was given by my Sista-from-anotha-motha, Sarah. She had to work on the Saturday of my family shower, so her, her mom and sister-in-law and all of our hubbies got together for dinner, cake and gifts.
Today was my church shower. It was really nice. I LOVED the cake, and hated to see it cut up. I wanted to somehow preserve it and hang it on the wall or something. Shannon did an awesome job with the cake and the decorations. She made flower pot decorations with little clips and headbands. So so cute.
I feel so blessed by not only the many gifts we have received, but by the out pouring of love and excitement. I know many are just about as excited about this little girl as we are.
I can't wait to meet you little girl! You are already so much loved (and spoiled!).

Menu ~ sort of July5
I am soooooo tired of grill food, I can't even tell you. We had some sort of grilled meat and sides Friday, Saturday and Sunday. UHG. I don't want anything grilled for a LONG time. Other than the food, we had a great weekend. We saw (and shot off) a TON of fireworks. We had very late nights all weekend, and I think we all are feeling it. Tommy and I slept until 10:30 this morning!! I still could have slept all day. It's not even 7pm yet and I am already ready for bed.
Anyhoo, here's a very rough menu for this week.
Monday ~ We were tired, and I just made a frozen pizza.
Tuesday ~ Italian Beef Roast Mmmmmmmmm
Wednesday ~ Chicken and Black Bean Burritos
Thursday ~ Trent's last baseball game and they are having a pizza party after.
Friday-Sunday ~ Yeah I will have to get back to you on that! :)

Spotted
Well, after a few attempts at making some letters with stripes, I have decided to go all polka dots. I even tried masking tape to tape off the lines, but the paint still bled under it. Very frustrating, but I am very happy with the dots, so it isn't a total loss.
Whatcha think?
I bought the letters for Little Girl's room. :) Since the wall is pink, I decided to paint the letters green and decorate them in pink. I thought I would alternate polka dots and stripes. Here is one of the dot letters. Don't let the fact that it is capital fool you into thinking it's the first letter, all the letters are capital. :) I actually didn't want them all capital, but when I went to go get them, that is all they had, and I was so excited about getting them started, I didn't want to go try another store. SOOOOOO they are all capital, but when I lay them all out together, I really like it.

I still need to touch up the lighter color pink, and the rings are actually a different color than the small dots, it just doesn't look it in the picture.
