Here's what my menu looks like this week.
Monday ~ Beef enchiladas, cilantro rice (I am making a double batch so I can take one to my neighbors)
Tuesday ~ Pizza of some sort. I have a crust I need to use up.
Wednesday ~ Church
Thursday ~ Yogurt Parmesan Chicken (new)
Friday ~ Out
Saturday ~ Christmas at Grandma's. I think we are having soup and chili. :)
Sunday ~ Sub sandwiches. I am REALLY into these lately....
